Three semi-detached, end of the 19th century
typical brittany stone houses, confortably renovated in the
traditional style, situated on a country road at the entrance
of the quiet hamlet "Le Faouët" (with only 200
residents).
The hamlet "Le Faouët" is situated
at the foot of a 17th century manor, in the enchanting valley
of the River "Leff"; at 10 km from the coast with
its large public footpaths, beautiful bays and numerous sandy
beaches, in the department "Côtes d'Armor" in
Brittany / France; 30 km northeastward of the county town Saint
Brieuc and 9 km southeast of the picturesque seaport town Paimpol;
at 1 hour drive from Roscoff and 1,5 hours drive from Saint
Malo (car ferry ports).
The nearest town, "Quemper Quezennec", with grocer's,
bakery, butcher's, "bar/tabac" and postoffice, is
at 3 km distance. There are supermarkets and restaurants in
Pontrieux, Lanvollon, Paimpol and Plouha, at 6-9 km distance.

In "Le Faouët" is a remarkable "Alimentation/Bar"
, managed by two friendly old ladies. Here you'll find bread,
sugar, coffee, tea, lemonade, wine, vegetables, fruits and the
like; also you could sit at the long ancient wooden tables and
take a drink with the villagers in an atmosphere of days long
gone.
